1. Pre-release website

This site promotes our upcoming Capsule Release 01 (Spring 2027). Product images, pricing, and availability shown are for illustration and planning purposes until our official shop opens. We reserve the right to modify designs, materials, prices, and release dates without prior notice.

2. Founding list & invitation

Requesting an invitation or joining the founding list does not create a purchase obligation, guarantee product availability, or reserve specific sizes. You must provide a valid email address. Misuse of the signup form (false information, automated submissions) may result in removal from the list.

Founding member privileges described on our site are subject to the Founding Member Program section below.

3. Founding member program

The Milfrow founding list is a pre-launch program for people who request an invitation before Capsule Release 01 opens for general sale. This section explains what we offer, what applies only to Release 01, and how the program may change over time.

3.1 Who qualifies

You become a founding member when you successfully join the founding list with a valid email address and remain subscribed at the time benefits are delivered. We may cap enrollment or close the list before launch; if so, we will update the website or notify the list by email.

3.2 Capsule Release 01 privileges

The following benefits apply to Capsule Release 01 only, unless we clearly state otherwise in writing:

• First access — Founding members may shop Release 01 before it opens to the general public. The early-access window will be announced by email; duration may vary by release.
• Founding rate — A promotional price on eligible Release 01 items, shown at checkout when the shop opens. Discount amount and eligible products may be defined at launch.
• Priority sizing — Early access to limited inventory. Availability is not guaranteed; sizes are first-come, first-served within the founding access window.
• Complimentary fit guide — A digital fit and support guide provided by email or download. Content may be updated over time.
• Founder packaging — Elevated packaging on Release 01 orders placed during the founding benefit period, while supplies last.
• Complimentary shipping — Free standard shipping on your first Release 01 order, where offered at checkout. Excludes expedited or international shipping unless stated.
• Private updates — Occasional behind-the-scenes emails during the pre-launch period. Frequency and content may vary; you may unsubscribe at any time via our Privacy Policy process.

3.3 Ongoing founding status

Permanent status means that, while the founding member program remains active, you will be offered early access to future Milfrow capsule releases before general sale, and may receive founding-member pricing or other benefits we designate for future releases. It does not guarantee that every Capsule 01 privilege (packaging, free shipping, fit guide, etc.) will repeat on future drops.

3.4 Changes, limitations & termination

We may modify, suspend, or end the founding member program, or any privilege within it, with reasonable notice by email to subscribed founding members and/or an update to this page. If we make material changes:

• Benefits already earned for a specific release (e.g. Release 01 founding rate for qualifying members) will be honored for that release as described when you joined or as updated with notice before checkout opens.
• Members who joined before a change will retain ongoing founding status (early access to future capsules) unless the program is fully discontinued with notice.
• We will not retroactively remove you from Release 01 benefits you were explicitly promised in a launch email for that release.

Founding member benefits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold or combined with other offers unless we allow it. We are not liable if products sell out during early access. Unsubscribing from marketing emails may limit your ability to receive benefit notifications; check your account or contact us before launch if you change preferences.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Milfrow™ name, brand story, text, graphics, product photography, and site design — is owned by Milfrow or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Milfrow™ is a trademark of Milfrow. Unauthorized use of our marks is prohibited.

5. Product information

We describe our activewear using industry-standard fabric and support terminology. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Fit and support descriptions are general guides; individual results may vary. Always follow garment care labels when products are delivered.

6. Purchases (when shop launches)

When e-commerce becomes available, separate checkout terms, shipping policies, and return policies will apply at the time of purchase. These Terms will remain in effect unless superseded by purchase-specific policies displayed during checkout.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milfrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

9. External links

Our site may link to third-party websites (e.g. social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
